Shipping policy

We receive a Tracking confirmation from Canada Post when we send your Order.

If you have not received any orders and we have not received confirmation of delivery of this order, we will take steps to trace your lost item.

However, if we have confirmation of delivery from Canada Post, we are in no way responsible for what happened with the order delivered to the shipping address specified when you placed the order. Therefore, we suggest you always recheck the shipping address and postal code to avoid errors in delivery that we can not in any way be held responsible.

Delivery is made by Canada Post across Canada.

 

Shipping fees are based on actual costs we pay and depends on the weight and distance. Shipping fees are automatically calculated after you log in to your account. Registration is necessary as it allows to know your contact information to calculate shipping charges.(Shipping cost could change because of size of the parcel) Thank you for your understanding.
